Belmore Nurses is part of Health Solutions Group Australia (HSGA), a national healthcare, community care and disability support organisation. Our national footprint includes offices in VIC, SA, WA, QLD, NSW, ACT and staff in every state and territory of Australia.

Senior clinical expertise in our leadership team and a sophisticated governance structure, incorporating three national committees, our Risk Committee, Quality Committee and Clinical Governance Committee ensures we maintain hospital standard clinical governance across the group.

Setting new industry standards

We use innovation and proactivity, as well as the smart use of technology to achieve our industry best practice culture.

Our commitment to quality, risk and clinical governance is achieved through best practice measuring and monitoring to reduce risks and resolve all safety issues. We set our goals against industry benchmarks for all metrics and these are measured in our audit program, monitoring the adherence to policies and procedures and the input of data and incidents.

Our quality management system set up by a qualified epidemiologist, and injury management systems are market leading software platforms used to capture detailed data from which we monitor trends, provide reporting and benchmark our performance against the wider industry. This supports our commitment to setting new industry standards, now and into the future.

Supporting our workers

We have an in-house staff help-line to assist in the management of workplace health and safety issues. This assists our national network to proactively manage the safety of our workforce and clients.
