See more about us at The Role: Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will perform an integral role to ensure that our Disability and Community clients receive contemporary and consumer-driven supports. The role encompasses a role in business development, by attracting and retaining clients as well as ensuring individualised services are developed and delivered to all clients. The role of the Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance, development & review of individualised support plans in consultation with the consumer, their family, key stakeholders, and treating teams.   You will be a flexible individual who enjoys working as a part of a fast-paced and dynamic team. Your sound clinical, communication, and organisation skills, will allow you to deliver high-quality support and services to our community participants and will ensure your success in this role. In this role your key focus is: Delivering quality clinical services to our community participants Business Development – establishing new/maintaining existing relationships Assessment and onboarding of new clients and process Reviewing, maintaining and implementing person-centered care plans Overseeing the care needs of community participants Supporting, mentoring and training both internal office and community support staff Incident reporting and escalation responsibilities To be considered for the shortlist of this role you will need to meet one or all of the following selection criteria: Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent Current unrestricted AHPRA registration  Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar role Sound knowledge of various funding streams (NDIS, DVA, Private etc) Experience with NDIS specifically in developing in NDIS quotes, support plans, and agreements High-level computer skills (Microsoft office, Procura or similar Customer Management System) An ability to attract and retain new business Experience & skill in delivering individualised support plans with participants with challenging behaviours & restrictive practices Current Criminal Record Check & Current Working with Children Check Current unrestricted Drivers Licence   Benefits: An environment that embraces a true work-life balance, and business culture that is both passionate and professional Employee Assistance Program, Dental and Health Insurance discounts, and other health and lifestyle promotions Thorough induction and training program with a supportive manager and team Ongoing career opportunities within Alliance Community   If you are seeking a new challenge and you meet the above criteria we encourage you to submit your application by clicking apply or for more information please contact Jess Steicke on 1300 769 155.
