Alliance Community is the sister company to Belmore Nurses in Adelaide, both part of Health Solutions Group Australia, a national healthcare organisation with a collective 130 years of experience recruiting Australia’s best nurses, aged care and disability support workers.  The Role Alliance Community in Adelaide are seeking a full-time Support and Care Coordinator to join our team to cover Maternity Leave, starting May 2020 through to January 2021. This Coordinator role is a truly fulfilling opportunity for the dedicated individual whom enjoys working with speed and accuracy. Located in Unley, we offer a unique culture that provides you with the resources and support of a large organisation, whilst allowing you to focus on your day to day activities in community care. In this role you will undertake the following duties: Coordinate Home Care client rosters and support schedules, ensuring the appropriate allocation of personnel Mentor and support home care personnel, ensuring appropriate services are provided Active involvement in client induction, from intake, screening and accepting clients, to coordinating home and health assignments Support the recruitment of personnel to target specific client needs Maintain all personnel and client records To be considered for the shortlist of this role you will meet the following selection criteria:   Be ambitious and enthusiastic Demonstrated commitment to quality outcomes and strong customer service Understanding of the home and community care environment Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Lateral-thinking and problem-solving ability High level of attention to detail and administration skills Ability to build relationships with staff and clients Exceptional time management skills A positive ‘can-do’ attitude If you are a conscientious candidate who has a passion for helping others, coupled with a professional working background we encourage you to “APPLY” now.
